Great question. The service is poor because they get paid very little. Low pay means poor people. It works either way you look at it. Also if you think 10 wings for $16.99 is expensive, then you are a country rube and should just stick to the soup kitchens. They're super cheap.
They need more customer service skills and need to smoke less pot

I don't know who the server was or what the personal situation may have been, but the experience that I received was fine! Especially since it was my first time.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are 50 cent wings night. I regularly go to the Buffalo wild wings on Gibson and they're great. Food is good and service is usually excellent.
