Per the NYS liquor law, Club Marcella can only accept the following non-expired forms of ID: a NYS driver’s license, a NYS Identification card issued by the DMV, a Passport, Military ID, a Canadian Driver’s license or an out-of-state Driver’s license that is NOT laminated. We can not accept birth certificates, Benefit cards (issued by counties), or any other forms of ID. We may ask for additional confirmation that you are the person on the ID, which may include information that is on the iD or for something else proving that you are the person presenting the ID.

As long as it is a government issued form of ID you will be fine. i.e. Drivers license, passport
