Parking is always free, dont park in the garages because they close those but if you park in the parking lot ground floor you won't get towed there are always lots of cars there and perfect place to park for walking the strip
I have lived here for 28 years and the parking here has always been free, however, after hours at least some of the gates are closed. I was once there late and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get out.
Parking isn't free but it's a great location if you want to walk the strip.

Do it at your own risk but Treasure Island has free parking.
Dont know either. Always take city bus to get around the strip. Much easier and cheaper than paying for parking
I'm not sure, but there is a parking garage. I have not used it. We stayed across the street
