Been there a few times amd have always been pleased with the service very friendly people never seen them unhappy..
All the wait staff I've interacted with have been great..low key but very efficient, friendly, and helpful. Plus they have the best hamburger I've ever had!
Been there a handful of times employees seem to be always happy never had an issue with them acting depressed

I think it's you that's causing them to be depressed? They see you walk in and they hate being there. Every other time, they love everyone else.
Every time I have been there the staff allways greated me with a big smile, and warm welcome! Sometimes the place can be really busy and that can be stressful for anyone trying to do their best to make sure their customers are attended to as fast as possiable, and you have to give considerations to that. You you find someone looking down or sad why dont you try to smile at them, or find anything about them you could say something nice to them about, maybe that might change how they look at you
I am sorry you feel this way! I feel like we have a great staff with a very family-like environment. We are short staffed at times and actively looking to hire new people!
