Germaphobs should not even consider a buffet. They all have spoons everyone touches. It is inherent in the critter. Having said that..... I found it to be very enjoyable.
I use napkins when I touch the serving spoons because everyone that comes through that door should require sanitizer. They should have gloves available for those of us who are germophobia. I do not like touching spoons after all the hands that have been on them. Now that's gross!
There were like scraps of food in the trays, hard. And the salad bar had just basic items because she taken all the food out and was empting the water under them and washing stuff but not putting FOOD OUT FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS...
I know it's clean on weekends which might be their target "be on your best" time. Food wasnt bad but i did breakfast. You really can't botch that up.
