Bringing any animal to a restaurant is an infringement on the other customers. Animals have no place in supermarkets and restaurants.
It's not a matter of can you, why would you? To impose on others who are eating and trying enjoy their meal, to not care about others who may have allergies to pets, that's not right. To say that one's pet is their emotional support animal is taking an emotional instability to a level where its absolutely inappropriate. My family has dogs, we love them and enjoy their company in the private comfort of our homes.
