Dont take YOUR pet's here.The trainers drag and yank them to make them sit. Especially the tiny dogs. Not good! And i watched the handlers snap the dogs necks while the have their mussels on by YANKING the leash. Terrible. Treatment towards the dogs!

Wow that's really sad..I take my dog's there for grooming never for training...The staff have always been helpful and friendly...If you feel the pet's are being mishandled perhaps you should let the management know so they can resolve the situation...

That sounds beyond horrible, I cannot agree with this I dont know how that can be so. There are many cameras. One trainer maybe, but trainers as plural I cannot picture it.
