The 3 cheese Mac n cheese comes with a panko topping while the pork Mac n cheese is the bechamel sauce with blue tractor's house smoked pork butt and bbq sauce.
Brisket or pork. You can even ask for it on the side. I would recommend at least the sauce on the side. It kind of overwhelms the dish.
I got mine with slow cooked brisket (not 100% on the cut) with a very tasty barbecue sauce. I added an image of it when I was there.
