Hi Heather! Dillards.com does not offer alterations. However, all stores offer free alterations on full priced tailored items and unfinished pant bottoms. There is a fee required for all tailored items that are on sale and anything ready-to-wear. Ready-to-wear is limited to the following: coats - sleeves; pant bottoms - plain/cuff; and skirts/dresses - hem, sleeves and straps. For more information regarding our alteration services, contact your nearest store.
