No more 99 cent day. Color changes on Wed and stays 50% off all week. Members (sign up in the store) get special sale days where a category is lower price for them. Senior (55+) day is Tuesdays.
I'm not sure about the change of color tags. But, I do know when there is a color tag sale you can barely find that color of tag. LOL senior day is Tuesdays. and if u sign up for savers member u will get email on special sales and be able to go in to shop one day prior to the general public.
I am not sure how often they do a .99 day but I know they do a color tag that is half off every week and it changes on Monday.
