I’m not sure, but the ability to look at your account on line might show the details of your account - such as a bag that you dropped off- the amount added to your account & how many containers were rejected. ((I know they have that info))
That would defeat the purpose of ten cents a container witch is quite exceptional if you take into the fact that this kind of program is government funded so it doesn't tank like habe you people ever looked at exported used material prices?? on top of that we are being compensated. Id be more worried about our taxes these coming years rather than your feelings and a wait in line.
