What is your car battery policy warranty? My name or number not in computer, which is nonsense because they ask for this off top, so my battery is no good. Need a jump just to start my car everything I need to start my car? What do I do?

Store will exchange new battery only if it's dead. You may purchase a warranty from the manufacturer directly for extra. Store will test your battery for free.
