No. They also don't take cheques AFAIK. However the prices are low enough, and you can always get a loan from a credit union
No the price of the biikes are priced under blue book its a cash deal only. DMV fees included in price. Already bought a bike there and it was so cheap I put it on my card. Working on my second bike purchase.
