Back in 1975 or 1976 Exeter was shocked at the murder of Donna Richmond I remember it to this day. I remember hearing stories about Oscar Clifton but has anybody thought about the new serial killer that was a cop in Exeter at that time.

The golden State killer, and former p.d. officer from Exeter. He one of 3 officers, along with, T.C.O. byrd whom was assigned to Donna's murder, to the Exeter P.D. from neighboring Tulare county's offuce. To investigate.... Point: deangelo, was in charge of forensic anylst division....brothers in blue, Byrd, deangelo, shared info, and deangelo, tasked with filling evidence from bird's investigations of Donna's murder... And a true understanding of Mr. Clifton, 1.) I believe, he was James Deangelo's pattsie for the murder of Donna. 2.)any evidence, contaminated by deangelo, concluded from a voluntary mouth swab given by clifton. 3.) Society's ignorance of the types, cormalities of S.O. as well the additional #of categories in which they fall into.. 4.) The Suns inflammatory article to a shocked, and small, but ignorant small farming community. (4900 pop.) 5.) So without a doubt, I believe, Oscar Clifton died on death row, (38 years) professing his innocence.
