Just tried to go there at 11:45 pm, it says they're open till 1 but the place was locked up? Is the time wrong or were they just being lazy

A lot of restaurants close if they aren’t packed! Maybe it was just because they were being lazy and didn’t feel like staying up. They probably should change their hours then...
