where can we pick up the airport suttle from the airport to the hotel? What its the schedule? How long it takes?

You can take shuttle outside Arrival hall of all terminal ..In Red above ceiling written hotel shuttle pickup...Schedule is 30 min once but you can arrange early by calling hotel reception..It normally takes 10 to 15 min to reach

You need call the hotel first

The airport shuttles pick up zones are clearly signed outside the terminals (red signs I think) Call the Cambria and tell them you want a pick up usually arrives within 10-15 minutes. Same shuttle as Double Tree Hilton in El Segundo.

Call the hotel when you arrive, and tell them what gate and terminal you're at. You'll have to leave and wait at the pick up area that is just outside of the baggage claim area.
