I travel 15 mins to get to this location. I have a closer one to me 5 sec. The chicken is always cooked great. The one that is closer is always hard and taste stale.
All I know about this place is I was having messed up day, this this guy messed up my order, I nearly pissed on myself waiting on triplets to get out of the restroom (3 grown men talking 25 minutes in a single person restroom) but just as I was about to leave and walk into traffic (literally) a woman with the customer service acumen of the Colonial himself appeared. I was blinded as of looking into the sun, but I believe her name tag said ...Shanna...she fixed my order, made my aching bladder relax, even poured me another tall cup of ice cold ice tea. If this is how she does her job everyday, she is well on her way to becoming CEO. THANK YOU Miss. Shanna please come again.
We'll on pot pies they have to be cook when order you can't just leave it under a heating lap until someone wants one you'll get food poison it has to be freshly cooked ok you understand now everything at a fast food restaurant has to be cook on order except chicken it can sit under a heat lamp it doesn't last there long it moves fast
