Straight from the owner. Jeannine's will not be opening until Wednesday, the 7th. They will be doing upgrades to provide a better experience for their guests. Personally, i can't wait for one of their amazing lattes.
I would worry more about the status of 101 than the restaurant itself.
According to the Resturant Guy, who made calls to many of the Montecito establishments, this Jeannine's store is open.
Their Facebook post said that they are reopening
