If you can't get on Greyhound website for whatever reason you can always call Greyhound
You can go to greyhound website and enter your destination and it will let you know where and what time. Most pickups and drop off destinations are curbside and the tickets can be purchased online and printed out to board the bus. I went from Marietta Ohio to Charlotte NC. The pick up in Marietta Ohio is at the armory in town which is curbside. Hope this helps.
