Yeah I think that larger than a 120 ft² requires a permit of some sort but if you find a way to temporarily anchor it to the ground and can easily be removed without tearing up the structure I think that it would pass. Please do not accept this verbal verbal as long as I am not a law sort of person

Usually it's a 10×12 without a permit. Check with your local Building Department
