Am I able to rent a pickup truck to tow a cargo trailer I'm also intending to rent, or are truck rentals purely for the use of the bed and not towing ability? Most car rental places don't offer vehicles intended for towing, does U-Haul happen to?

Update: You cannot rent a U-Haul pickup truck for the purpose of towing a U-Haul cargo trailer outside of local use. Thus, don't plan on towing anything outside your county.
