Can the er tell me if I should bring her back in or if her can wait til in the morning for me to call her doctor will her doctor be able the get all the lab works on her from last nights er visit

Do not call 911 unless its an emergency (meaning you are in the physical process of dying or giving birth)... If you are a Sutter member then the lab work should show in their App, which can tell you what lab values are abnormal and what aren’t. I believe the ED provider or NP/PA follows up with you after your visit (mine did when I had to go to the ED myself). If the MD says she needs to be brought back in to the ER, probably safe to assume he/she found something serious.
