Yes the pool is handicap accesible.. no need to go up or down the stairs or hill, since it is right there where you park.

I am not sure, but if you take the side parking lot by the pool in might be. It is a trail and not handicap friendly. It has lots of steps and some parts are narrow. Plus, the main trail is wet from the waterfalls.
