Yes they don't sell by the piece. They do not pick up anything.
Yes. In order to sell any product, be it furniture, discount goods, antiques, etc. you must have a booth rented. They currently do not have any booths available. I would suggest asking them if they know someone with a booth willing to sell it for you for a portion of the proceeds.
