I called to day to get my dog in as she has not been eating for 2 days can't walk and your office refuse to see her said next available appointment is in may my dog be dead by then that's animal neglect shame on you ppl

It is with deep regret we cannot make an appointment for all pets that need an appointment. We honestly do the best we can to see as many clients as we can while providing excellent service. We are extremely grateful for the Veterinary Emergency Center in Syracuse to help pet owners who do not have a regular veterinary but need assistance. We are sorry we couldn’t help you in your time of need but please understand we truly are doing the best we can in this unprecedented time.
