I don't know the exact age but there were little pip squeaks out there that looked Maybe 8 years old. They run different races one for adults one for juniors and I think one other one. So the kids under a certain height run the junior cars or smaller cars that don't go as fast. And they don't have to race with adults.
They have Jr carts for 6 and up and adult carts riders need to be 4'10" min under age driver get placed in a non license group. They also have booster pads to help reach for shorter adult/teen patrons.
I'm not sure exactly but I know they have smaller car than the bigger ones
