Agreed visits are too short but we always manage to get Kevin filled in on me & my kids lives throughout the year since our last visit. Its comforting that he takes the time to ask just even ask but I admire that he truly wants to know, he does care, he listens with true sincerity & how important we are to him not just as a patient but as a person, a human being. That kind of positive, heartwarming 💕, comforting, appreciative. honest & sincere care is sadly becoming just a blurred memory & disappointing from this world. EXCEPT LFVC, thank you & please don't ever lose your compassion, caring, honest & generous customer service & patient care.....(itd break me if you ever do😢💔) you guys are so much more to us than our eye health care providers, you ARE family! Pure perfection!
