Does the Court System give Rewards or Certificates of Achievement to their "Patients" Who Answer Phones and of much more help than staff will ever be or case-workers in general?

Highly recommend it .....for this, in fact, is how I found out that my family member was transferred and at least a vacinity!! ....

Oh then that is why when your family is screaming in the background, phone mysteriously gets left off the hook for the rest of day/evening! 🤔

Patients are the only ones allowed to answer certain phone lines. Also, unless a patient gives staff authorization we are not allowed to even say if that person is at the hospital. Giving any patient info is a HIPPA violation, patients don't have the same rules to follow that we do.

I'm not sure but you should contact the court in Osawatomie & talk to them.
