How is the yarn selection at this location?

Pretty good. About 4 or 5 aisles worth. A bit more because of the back wall. Basic yarn to wool yarn and in varying weights.

I think it's great! I've always been able to get the yarn I need. They have it in individual "shelf pockets" on the shelves and also above the shelves. Also have yarn on the end of each row. I make 50" x 60" afghans each year and have always been able to get what I need.
