Does hobby lobby fill balloons purchased from them? If so, is there a fee?

Never seen any balloon filling but ,, I should be looking into this !!

I have absolutely no idea. I dont work there. Why. Dont they call the store and ask them. Asking someone who has only been in the store once in a year and a half is silly. If they have a phone that they can google on they should be able to get the phone number for a store
