Call Speaks Chapels/Funeral Home in Independence. There is a man there that is the caretaker for the cemetery. He is such a sweet man. I had to factory reset my cell phone so I lost his name but they will know who he is when you call.

If there's someone buried there you know, and you're visiting, there should be no reason for you to be bothered by anyone. Period. What has happened with the property?

I went up there to visit my brother, and hung around for an hour.. someone showed up to see what I was doing.. like possibly the neighbor is the caretaker/owner of the property..
