I would call and ask. Worst they can do is say no and they are really nice people. Could just be a corking fee.
Yes, you can bring your own wines and the corkage fee is only $15 per bottle.
The bar section is a large part of their restaurant, so I'm guessing probably not. However, I'm not sure so it's best to call and ask. If you are making reservations for a large party you'd probably want to call them to make accommodations anyway.
