I am sure they will be. If I remember, the building might even have heat in it. It is a wonderful place to stay. The young couple bought it from his grandpa. It turned into a KOA sometime in the last couple of years. Comes with a wonderful pool, shelters, and you couldn't ask for any nicer people to work with!! Going in June during the hot air balloon festival, can't wait.
