Usually 24 hours unless it's a wedding cake then its 2 weeks... and they are YUMMY
I'd give them a call. I ordered a half sheet birthday cake at 3pm, I picked it up the next day at noon. That was the time I requested.
I have ordered one multiple times and it only took an hour would recomend
