The last 3 times i have went to KFC my chicken strips have been so dry and hard maybe because they are so then. Don't think I'll be eating there anymore.

Ask to speak to the manager only. Then explain your past 3 experiences while visiting the same KFC stressing, they probably have experienced others complaining about your same situation. If the problem can't be fixed then take them off the menu and demand your money back.

If you mention that the food is old and ask for new they will be happy to make fresh.
