The parking lot is FREE but make sure you enter in the CORRECT entrance. Take your parking ticket with you. The machines to validate your ticket are located to the right and left of the Exit doors at the movie theater (not the parking garage).

Very little, I believe a parking lot is next to the theater. I would check for validation parking with AMC.
