Is there a reason this store never answers the phone? 5 tries and about to give up on my order...

You must go in to the store. They never answer the phone, don't bother. Being on their client list and the privileges that comes with (the RIGHT phone numbers for every question or order) are as tough to get as at Hermès. Go in, become a client (with your Goyard staff assistant, stay loyal) make several purchases over time, and the right phone numbers appear. Sorry that there's not much else to do.
