I believe it's an excellent track for all levels, in either direction.

Yeah I have done maybe 10 track days there it's not a long track, short straights lots of run off in case you get into corners to hot! lot of fun though. Depends what outfit you go with for the track day, they should have a beginner group and a instructor to help you learn the track.
