Best bet to go in person not the first time I hear of phone issues. They will just return and resell the item to correct issue
Getting a call through and getting a response is very difficult at Macy's. If this is a credit purchase you can call your charge card company and make a complaint. They will send you a form and things usually get taken care of very well after that.
If you have your Reseda should not be a problem you're receipt is sure not be a problem you can take it there any Macy's downtown or whatever long as you have your receipt they will correct the issue
