There are a few ways, but here is our ethos in how we make wine; We make natural wine with indigenous yeast, we only use organic grapes, we use neutral french oak, concrete, or stainless steel. The wine is unfined, unfiltered. Organic practices are number one to us.
We make natural wine where we don’t add any additives and use the bare minimum of So2.
