Not really. The lounge is actively more like a restaurant in which specials are made. There is no dedicated happy hour.
Sparrow does not have a Happy Hour program, however on property The Lobby Bar has a sunset happy hour from 5p-7p and The Terrace Grill has a special bar program with discounted drinks and food specials.
