You really should go from table to table and ask how they are and how the service is and thus realize the bad service they give. So correct that. The clientele will go away, correct those faults. Service is the most important thing in places like this.

I had a good experience every time I have been. The place is in high demand and there may be some anxiety from the waiters at some point, but I never noticed more than tiredness from poor attention.
