Fully open except children play area
It's been answered but I was just there today and everything seemed normal except for the children's play area being closed still. I didn't go to the restaurant but I saw people sitting in there as we went upstairs to the second level, but I couldn't tell you for sure.
It's open and the marketplace is full access again.

It is fully open with the exception of the restaurant, which has somewhat limited services right now including a slightly smaller menu and slightly less seating.
