Dont you love how people that dont know anything feel like they need to respond? What was the point in answering if you dont know? Just to see your name on the web? Feel like part of the group? Irritating. AFS starts at $14/hr depending on the shift. There are shift differntials. The shifts are usually 4-10's. Sun-Thurs, Wed-Sat. Selection is one of the highest paid positions after you meet your goal. Your goal is to be able to complete your orders(after training, of course) before the allotted time. Say you have 100 piece order and they give you 75 minutes to complete it and you get done in 55. Your basically at 130% so you make more money. By the same logic, if the same order takes longer than 75 minutes then you loose money. Here's the rub. You will always make $14/hr, but when you run a higher percent completion rate, you make more money. Understand? The chance is there to make $25/hr, but you need to earn it. There is a lot that do and still have time to shoot the breeze.
