I went there three weeks ago, which was during lunch on a Thursday. All vendors were open. There was seating indoors and well as on their two patios. Yes, only a few stalls were empty. There are delicious options for every type of food, the beer hall is open, and seating is available inside and outside.
Yes. There aren't many, but most of the stalls were open a few weeks ago, and dining tables are open around the hall.
