Yes. Mission lake has a boat ramp (no gas engines allowed) accessed from the main entrance to the park off Wheatland Rd. There is also a boat ramp at the far north end of the park off Matheny Rd that allows boat access to the Willamette river. Both belong to the state park and require a day use fee, or a state parks pass, to park your vehicle.

Drive North to the Wheatland ferry there is a boat launch there but tha Willamette river in this are has a lot of sand bars and shallow spots if you're not familiar with this strech of River beware.

There is one by the Dog of Leash Area in the Filbert Grove and one by the Wheatland Ferry down the road from the main park entrance
