Can I buy a gun with no license to carry or I have to have a license just to buy it the first time that I’ve I have a gun so I’m a little confused with that can somebody let me know if That’s true thank you

In PA, you do not need any type of license to purchase a firearm. Just a background check that the gun shop will do at the time of purchase. To carry a firearm, you need a concealed carry permit that you can get at your sheriff's office.

You don't need a permit in PA to carry. You can open carry without a permit. If you conceal, or want to carry in your car or in the city (Philly/Pittsburgh), you do need a concealed carry permit.
