How much is the rent?

Good morning and thank you for your inquiry. We don't have rentals, all of our units are privately owned and they pay lot rent which is $735 per month. We currently do not have anything for sale but please feel free to go to the onsite office, get a tour and an application for residency and they will put you on the waiting list.
