Yes as long as they are quiet and well mannered I think children would be fine and a great fine dining experience. I would say kids over 7-10 years of age but use your judgement of what has worked in the past and maybe work up to this level of a place! Also there is no children's menu so they should be prepared to enjoy pretty sophisticated cuisine. To be honest I've never seen children, this is usually a suit and tie place but i think it's a wonderful idea to expose children. But it's definitely not a place for stroller age children

I have never seen children here but I don't think there is any rule against them. I don't think it would be a problem if they are well behaved. There is not a menu for children. It is definitely set up for adults.

Yes. And with such menu items as potato skins and roasted chicken for dinner, and a burger for lunch, children will have no problem finding something to eat.
