Are they registered as a restaurant or a bar? (I.E.- can you order drinks without having to order food)

You have to be 21 in order to enter Fiddler's Elbow, so I believe (although I could be wrong,) they are exclusively a bar. Their sister, Salt lake Pizza and Pasta, is a restaurant which has basically the same food. Almost. I think.
